We made venison Year

We made venison Year's Eve, a sirloin that partner's swiftnet fileact hunting swiftnet fileact party gained through systematic, premeditated murder - if one may be a little dramatic ... :) Think it was from a calf, given the color and quality. but everything swiftnet fileact gets mixed in the freezer ...
Will the way to think about when I finstyckade parents' meat ration in the fall ... I'm swiftnet fileact the family's on duty kötthanterare, this year I took actually "paid" in a half pig for Christmas - just so you will not get to you that I work for assigt. swiftnet fileact ;) Then I discovered that they had received swiftnet fileact a fillet of veal (meat is distributed by lottery swiftnet fileact system). Happily, I explained to my little brother, who assisted swiftnet fileact by vacuum-packaging of finished pieces, it was a question of a very fine fillet of veal that he must sign plastet so that mom knows that later. I got me a good laugh when I carried all the meat to the freezer in the basement and noted that he marked the packaging with the text: COLD FILLET. He probably got what I meant ... a bit wrong. Or so I lisp? : D Maybe both. New Year roast then? Port wine elk. I did this: 1. Took the half-frozen roast. Soaked into the meat with a dash of balsamic vinegar and massaged into spices (crushed pepper, steak spice that is sold on the plastic mills, and thyme). Let stand one hour. 2nd Heated a pan with pretty much butter. Browned roast around, swiftnet fileact it encapsulates the flavors. La then roast in a baking dish. In the same skillet I fried the meat (not rinse the pan in between) I hissed then an onion into small pieces and 4 coarsely crushed garlic cloves. When the onion with a little color, I poured in 2 cups port wine straight into the pan and as much water + 1 tbsp jus rôti. Poured then everything down into the mold along with roast. 3rd I with a meat thermometer. swiftnet fileact Set the alarm to 60 degrees. Into the oven at 150 C. 4. Beep-pi-pi-rrrrip-roast is done, take it out of the mold-försiiiiktigt-burnt you are not on the thermometer, it is scorching and wrap it in aluminum foil. Strainers remove the onions from the sky - throw it - and pours everything broth in a saucepan. Appoints yet approx. 1 cup port wine to the sky and let simmer for a while, until it is reduced to almost half. in the meantime, I made my homemade fries (ugnsvarianten). When the sauce had to simmer clear: swiftnet fileact Season the sauce with 1 heaping tablespoon of black currant jelly, a little more fund if you feel it is needed, salt, pepper. Taste. Pour all means more port wine if you want, rode off with cornstarch stirred in cold water .... and finish by whisking down a knob of butter. It is perfectly ok to roast cooled by now. It's much better than starting to carve into it as soon as it comes out of the oven. I think under any French rule, so the meat should rest twice as long as it goes in the oven ... hehe. Patience. Cut into slices, wrap in foil again, swiftnet fileact put in the package in the oven to heat for a while. swiftnet fileact It serves steaming swiftnet fileact hot sauce to so it's quite ok.

Granola del monte cafe is good to have on quark, but also in smoothies, it works well. This time I mixed in peanut butter, which I like very much. The nut butter doesn't take over taste wise, which is good, it only gives a hint of peanuts.
0,5 dessicated coconut
Combine everything, except the cranberries and coconut, in a bowl. Pour the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 150 C for 25-30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes. The color should be golden brown. Remove from oven and stir in cranberries and coconut. Cool completely before putting in a container.
Absolutely mouthwatering! Hugs,dear! Reply Delete

This is my blog about food and baking. I'm a Finn, and have been living in Singapore dafgard 2008-20

Att göra sin egen granola är så mycket bättre än den köpta, som vanligen innehåller mycket socker. I denna kommer sötman från apelsinjuice och de torkade tranbären. Mer sötma än så tycker jag inte behövs. Making your own granola is so much better than the store bought, which usually contain a lot of sugar. In this, the sweetness comes from the orange juice and the dried cranberries. More sweetness than this, I think, is not needed.
1 dl cranberries (1/2 cup)
Combine everything, except the cranberries, in a bowl. Pour the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 150 C for 25-30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes. The color should be golden brown. Remove from the oven and stir in cranberries. Cool completely before putting dafgard in a jar.
1,5 tsk kanel
Kram Reply Delete

Here in England is the Sunday roast sacred matter what animal it comes from, and it's an area I'm not sure. I'm not grown up with so many Sunday roasts, but if they were, it was on the deer or deer or cooked mom wild duck or pheasant instead.
So last Sunday I tried to cook lamb on shoulders. And it went really well. What made the roast so good was partly a pretty low ungstemperatur (150 C), long rest time when meat was clear and partly to brown it first in order to give more flavor. It makes the roast additionally exactly the way I want it; with crispy associated british food bits on the outside and pink meat inside. Mmm ..
Salt and pepper the roast around, do not skimp. Brown the roast around in a hot frying pan. Let the rosemary and garlic roast with. Place the roast on a rack with a baking sheet (preferably lined with foil) underneath. Turn over a splash of red wine. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of meat (one right on the bone). Roast in the oven (150C) until the meat is 58C in the internal temperature. Take out the meat, wrap in foil and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan and turn the boiling water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour off the water. While the water boils, pour the grease into a wood-burning boiler and heat it in the oven. When potatoes are pre-cooked, pour them into the oven dish. Flip them with a spatula associated british food so they are covered with grease around. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 175-200 C oven for about 35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Soak the sponge. Squeeze out and chop roughly, saving water. Fry the mushrooms in a non-stick saucepan in a little oil until browned. Pour in the red wine, svamspad and meat juice. Let reduce (boil down) for 5-10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Peel and dice the vegetables. Peel and split the onion. Mix in a baking dish with oil. Add the thyme / rosemary and salt and pepper generously. associated british food Bake in the lower part of the oven (about 175C), preferably in a sheet form so they do not color until soft. Serve with the above.

I usually cut out the leg, and complete the roast with spices, garlic and other things (whatever you flavor it with) and then tie it up. In my opinion it might give the roast even more flavor! Because the bone conducts heat very well, it may take longer. However, I usually sear the roast in my big Skeppshult casserole, put the lid on and put the whole pot in the oven at a slightly higher heat (around 180). The stew will allow the liquid to the roast release remains in the pan, making associated british food the roast does not become dry. In closed, I use since the liquid for the sauce. The advantage of cutting out the bone, if one has the time, is that you boil fund it. Pretty funny Sunday chore to cut out the leg in the morning, cook the fund and then use it to get an excellent sauce (fund + cream + gravy). Fund dispenses I then and freeze. associated british food :)
Thanks for the comment, Patrick! Plenty of stuffing, I will absolutely take and test. I also cook the fund and reduce quite significantly so I can freeze into ice cubes, but not at this time. :)

Needless good it was. Did the roast on älgbog, seasoned with salt, pepper, rosemary, juniper berry and splashed over some mulled wine in the oven on a rack over a wood-burning boiler with water. "Roast drip" and the water then became the base for the sauce. For this potato wedges. Thanks for the inspiration for Sunday dinner!

Welcome to my bakblogg! Here writes a girl who loves chocolate, cheesecake, raspberry and beautiful

Hello and hope you all had a good weekend! Baked other day this delicious lime-coconut cake and it was crazy good! Loved Lemon and white chocolate mess cake I baked earlier and so began the search for a new fresh kladdkake recipes. Did not really what I was looking for but inspired by this recipe, I made a custom version with lime and coconut. The sweet coconut blends perfectly with the acidic lime and the cake is delightfully soft and sticky edges and slightly chewy, perfect!
1st Preheat caramel fleur de sel oven to 150 C. Grease a 20cm round pie dish (or a cake tin with a removable bottom) and sprinkle caramel fleur de sel some coconut on sea bottom and on the edges. Melt butter and let cool. Wash limes thoroughly and grate the peel, squeeze out the juice.
* Use only the outermost part of the zest and the white tastes bitter. If you think 3 tablespoons lime juice is too much you can reduce the amount, I felt it was a passlig amount and the cake was deliciously caramel fleur de sel sweet sour!
* The cake may seem crude when it comes out of the oven, but if it had some color, it is ready, consistency is right after being left in the fridge for a few hours. Best tasting cake if you bake it the day before.

The idyll is also the perfect hunting ground and in my family we have always eaten local game meats. As this range has always been available to me, I might not have realized how good I had it so often been eating so good meat. And still it is a privilege to come home and eat (and cook) so delicate meat. Just antlers are hard to come by and quite delicate, so then I just had to do the meat justice and cook it with care and combine it with other fine ingredients.
The choice fell on juniper, conagra indianapolis rosemary conagra indianapolis and port wine and roast tillages in oven on low heat until it was perfectly pink (68C) inside. Promoters used in the sauce made of mushrooms, picked in the woods by my aunt, and almond potatoes dug mom up from the vegetable garden.
The sauce:
Preheat the oven to 150C. Share potatoes along and place in a greased ovenproof dish, cut side up. Drizzle with canola oil, salt and pepper and a ride in the oven. Add the fungus to soak in hot water.
Brown the roast around the butter and oil, on high provides temperature until golden. Add salt and pepper. Pour one tablespoon of canola oil in a baking dish. Crush the juniper in a mortar and add to the form. Add the meat in shape (at juniper) and insert the rosemary sprigs in the flesh. Pour the port wine and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the roast and place in the oven. Fry the meat until internal temperature is 68C, about 30-40 minutes depending on size. Remove the meat mold and let the meat rest on another plate, cover the meat with foil.
Squeeze the sponge. Heat a knob of butter in a Saucepan and sauté the onion translucent, conagra indianapolis fry since the fungus. Strain in all the juice from the meat mold and pour in the cream. Allow the sauce to the boil, stirring. Add more port if needed, salt and pepper and color with colorit.

The refrigerator offered a dash of pesto and a little leftover rice which resulted in this dinner. Avokadodippen is not required to but I had two bright ripe avocados that needed to be eaten. Risotto steaks were super good and he is also good with a little cold meats or smoked salmon. The chicken is incredibly juicy by allowing it to go slow in the oven at 150C. I served a cabbage salad with roasted method of preserving food melon seeds for this.
Risotto Steaks: 3 cups cooked avorio rice 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup coarsely grated zucchini 1 small chopped red onion 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp corn flour 1/2 cup bread crumbs Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt
Salt and pepper the chicken ØxH wide on the pesto. Place in oven 200C and allow the chicken to brown. Then put on the foil and reduce the temperature to 150C. Roast to an internal temperature method of preserving food of 75C, it takes about 45 minutes. Mix all ingredients to avokadodippen. I work for a small nursery with 2 compartments. I refuse intermediate goods (excluding sausages and black pudding though) and use a lot of organic ingredients. For starters, löjroms toast. Is completely gaaalen thereof. Has previously not understood me at all praising this dish and order it in season and out because I'm not all that fond of the "regular" rum and had never tasted caviar, but then I did it, I'm sold. Ultimate starter! Serve with whipped creme fraiche, chopped red onion (as drawn in ice cold water), a slice of lemon and butter fried bread. Yuuuuuuummi!
250 g green asparagus 2 shallots 2 clove garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cups arborio rice 2 cups dry white wine 6 cups water 2.5 tbsp concentrated chicken stock 1 tablespoon butter 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 0.5 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper
Rinse the asparagus and remove the bottom part (approximately 2 cm). Cutting the asparagus in about 1 1/2 cm pieces. mono & diglycerides Peel and chop the shallots and garlic. Saute the onion over low heat oil in a pan, 1-2 minutes. Add the rice and turn it around until the grains are through warm. The rice should not take color. Pour in the wine and let it cook properly. Mix the water and chicken stock in a jug. Add the liquid a little at a time, stirring and let it boil into. Repeat the process until the liquid is almost over. Add the asparagus along with the last batch of liquid. Add butter and parmesan when the risotto has a creamy texture. Salt and pepper and stir.
Ugnsrostas tomatoes with a little oil at 150 C for about 30 hours, the pork tenderloin I browned mono & diglycerides all around and drove clear in the oven at 150 C until the inner his temperature was 70 C. Serve with the creamy risotto and a little extra grated Parmesan.
And for dessert, we made something I saw on the Half 8 mg in a while ago and thought I should test since. Violet mono & diglycerides ice cream with licorice chips! Every bit as good as I imagined. I äääääälskar violet flavor. Not everyone does it, it's probably a thing you either love or do not like at all?
Whisk egg yolks and sugar until they get a white color. Whip the cream separately. Then mix together egg-solution, cream, violet essence, food coloring and white syrup to desired consistency. Freezing the finished glass batter least two hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Then share high in 4 even pieces each and distribute over the baking paper on an oven-proof mono & diglycerides dish. Bake for 5-10 minutes until melted thoroughly. Remove and let the chips rest until they had a crunchy texture.
Tonight, I have date night with Olivia instead :) We have tomorrow off the kids and I so Olivia and I have giving mono & diglycerides away an incredible evening and takes care of origami and fold paper hats and flowers and mini-shirts on a conveyor belt. Soon we tuck ourselves and see the movie in my bed :) Myspys.
Hello, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam comments? If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you can recommend?
Oh how luxurious mono & diglycerides and cozy! Supergod food! I am completely sold on violet ice cream so too. SIA had predicted a stunning violet ice cream I always bought. But it has unfortunately discontinued by the manufacturer! : (And down here in Cyprus, it is probably no one who knows what violet is, buhu!
Date nights at home can sometimes be the best mandates, ok you have to take care of the dishes, but it's cozy and somewhat comfortable. Eran three-course looks fantastic sound out. I use to have lemon in my asparagus risotto. Happy Friday! towering.

Meanwhile, the boys

Zzzzooooeeeemmmm! sergio barroso We're back in the year 2011. My two sons have just been diagnosed with asthma and I'm very short and to the point that they told every single day of their lives asthma inhalers will be used, otherwise I'm going to be the cause of their heart and lungs are damaged due to asthma attacks. Well not the exact words, but it was when it came down. I have asthma inhalers grabbed the boys 'bodies' to stabilize their lungs to get healthy again, sergio barroso and thought about the part that the doctor as, incidentally, mentioned: "Yes, many children get asthma because of something they eat what their body is sensitive but it is easier and more convenient to just use the inhalers. If you really want you can start a kosdagboek keep things carvings, etc.. etc.. but it is difficult to explain the children ... blah, blah, blah ... "
ZZzzzoooeeemmm sergio barroso - go forward one year: in March 2012 and on the same day my mother sergio barroso listening to a health on the radio while I articles on the internet about asthma ... we came to the same conclusion: CUT WHEAT FROM THE BOYS FROM DIET!
Yes, it was hard, it took a long time because we have now and then wheat (gluten) products ingested. How do you tell a child he should dry mouth sitting on a friend's verjaasdagpartytjie? We had pasteurized milk eliminated for normal, clean, fresh farm milk.
I saw the boys last week to a homeopath doctor took. He took the boys thoroughly investigated, questioned, interviewed me ... and the boys are clean! No asthma detected. Lungs sounded clear, hearts beat right ... we need them just desensitiseer over the next few months.
Meanwhile, the boys' love for mieliekoekies with peanut butter or chocolate spread, discovered. Especially Mr.A like a lot of me to inquire about the flour in a product. "Mom, this is of plain flour, or flour made us special?" sergio barroso He is quick to his younger brother to attend the wrong choice to make! And their lives! They are friendly, cheerful, energy, play and tease each other rambling.
Two years ago the boys in later diagnosed with asthma, and I was Told short and sweet to keep them on the pumps if I did not want hun heart and lungs Damaged. Fairness in all the doctor did mention testing for food at elimination, etc. But I took the road of least resistance.
One year ago we changed to a new way of life; a new eating plan (high fat, fighting and fruit, med. protein), although the boys enjoyed the two or three times a week ze got extra carbs. After reading a couple of very interesting blogs and pages, as well as listening to my mom-in-law talking about what she overheard on a radio station, I was ready to cut out wheat.
The boys have just been to see a doctor / homeopath and havebeen declared clear! Their lungs are healthy, Their hearts are fine, and greatest, ze havebeen off the dreaded asthma pumps for just over a year! The dr. Told me how to desensitise them (with his medication or course) over the next couple of months, and then we will see.
