I'm forwarding this to the owner of the company I currently unichips spa work for. We have many different manufacturing plant locations here in central North Carolina and if he could just blow up a few and then decide he needs to move the business elsewhere, maybe he could get a nice bonus out of it to stay put.
The answer is probably all bound up in non-disclosure agreements, but it would be good to know.
