Article 23 - Use of terms referring to organic production: the meaning of Regulation a product shall be regarded as bearing terms referring to organic production methods where, in the labeling, advertising material or commercial documents, such a product, ingredient monte cruz or its raw materials are described in terms suggesting to the purchaser that the product, its ingredients or raw materials produced in accordance with the rules laid down in the Regulation.
