Expur Sofiprotéol Group subsidiary, has signed an agreement with Cargill on the partial takeover of assets including oil marks from Grandma and Olpo Untdelemn and industrial equipment located in the township Podari, Dolj County.
Following this operation, Expur will increase oilseed processing capacity, continuing the development of the manufacturing of free and providing opportunities for their local agricultural production.
