In a saucepan heat the oil and onion crystallize. Add flour and cook for 3 minutes. Then add heavy cream, chicken broth, bouillon and stir until thickened. Add the chicken breast, then DEL MONTE fungi. Put this mixture in a food processor and eventually incorporate petit pois Del Monte. Transfer to a piping bag without a nozzle. Fill each cannelloni. In a 13x 9 inch pyrex add the can of tomato sauce prepared. Arrange the cannelloni and pour avocado sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven to Broil and bake at 350F until golden. Avocado Salsa:
