Ingredients 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced oil 500g beef cut into cubes (or any economic cutting blade for long cooking to be any kind of meat in the cooking tierniza) 2 peeled and diced tomatoes 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 bay leaf 1 sprig of thyme or rosemary del monte grapefruit 500 ml of hot vegetable broth 3 corn cut into wheels 1 medium potato 1 large sweet potato cubes irregular cut into cubes 1 pumpkin irregular irregular cubes salt pepper
Instructions In a saucepan saute onion in oil with the chopped garlic. Add meat, cook 10 minutes approximately and incorporate the chopped pepper and tomato diced skinless seeds. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Salpimentar careful not to overdo the salt because the broth adds flavor. Cover with hot broth. Add the bay leaf and thyme. Cook another 15 minutes, until the meat is tender and the preparation has thickened. Incorporate wheels corn, potato, sweet potato and pumpkin cut into small cubes. Embed preparation. Cover with broth. No move to not break the vegetables. Cook over medium heat until all the vegetables are tender and cooked, about 20 to 30 minutes. del monte grapefruit Turn off heat. Resting Preparation 10 minutes. Serve in bowls.
