Preparation does ghee need to be refrigerated process: Firstly fry the spices which will be used for the aromatic sauce. After taking them from the fire press them using a kitchen hammer. Chop one of the onions and fry it for a while until it takes a brownish color. Take it from the frying pan and put it over some paper so the excess oil will be removed. Put the other onion, ginger , garlic,, spices ,salt and 15 ml of water through the mixer and mix them until you obtain a homogenous mass. Put it to be fried until they get a slightly brownish color .Afterwards you can add the chopped tomatoes and okra over them . Let them to be baked for about 5 minutes until the okra will get soft. Take them from the stove and add the yoghurt and parsley over them. Before serving don`t forget to add the aromatic sauce and the fried onion over them.

Qepen tjeter , xhenxhefilin e qeruar , thelbinjte e hudhres,erezat, kripen dhe 15 ml uje futini ne mikser dhe perzijini mire deri sa te marre nje mase homogjene.Me pas vijeni ate ne tave per tu skuqur dhe lijeni does ghee need to be refrigerated deri sa te kete marre ngjyre kafe te lehte.Me pas shtojini domatet e grira ne forme kubash te vegjel dhe pasi dhe ato te jene zbutur , shtojini bamjet.Lijeni keshtu per 5 minuta ne zjarr te lehte deri sa bamjet te jene zbutur.Me pas me ngadale shtoni kosin perizjeni dhe ne fund fare hidhni does ghee need to be refrigerated majdanozin e grire holle. does ghee need to be refrigerated

po does ghee need to be refrigerated eshte ginger e dashur.perdore sepse i jep nje shije krejtesisht tjeter , eshte i mrekullueshem xhenxhefili , plus qe ka dhe tere ato te mira si bime…ta keshilloj me force.. shyqyr qe gjeta nje partizan te bamjeve:)
