The Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 621 of 1 September 2011 was published the Government Г©lelmiszer online Decision no. 857/2011 establishing and sanctioning offenses to public health standards.
The enactment includes new regulations on sanctions applicable to infringements of the rules of public health was adopted following the repeal of the Law no. 98/1994 on the establishment of legal norms and sanctioning contraventions of Hygiene and Public Health, Law no. 254/2011.
The new law covered the following categories of offenses: - general rules of hygiene offenses on operation risk to human health and the conformity of products - rules of hygiene offenses relating to the life and work - offenses Hygiene rules relating to public water supplies - the rules of hygiene offenses relating to the collection and removal of waste - contravention to the rules of hygiene for public use units - contravention to the rules on national healthcare system and emergency qualified first aid - contravention to the rules on the prevention and control of communicable diseases and hygiene standards for health facilities;-contravention to the rules of hygiene in transport infrastructure in areas related to transport activities - offenses sanitary rules Food and hygiene Г©lelmiszer online rules regarding the production, processing, storage, preservation, transportation and sale of food - the rules of hygiene contraventions Г©lelmiszer online of nuclear radiation protection - contravention of the rules of hygiene conditions and work processes - from misdemeanors rules on the organization and functioning of protection, education, training, Г©lelmiszer online recreation and leisure children and youth - the rules of hygiene contraventions of infestation by insect vectors and rodents, as well as rules on biocides regime.
- Absence Sanitary operating for objectives that conducts health risk for the population, subject to permitting health, according to the regulations Г©lelmiszer online in force, shall be punished by a fine of 5,000 to 10,000 for individuals, or with fine from 20,000 to 40,000 for legal entities;
- Failure operation conditions provided by the sanitary rules, according to the affidavit, assumed by operators, legal entities or individuals whose work is held in the affidavit is punishable also by a fine of 5,000 lei to 10,000 lei for individuals, or a fine of 20,000 to 40,000 for legal entities;
- Employment and / or maintaining the units engaged in production and marketing of food, catering and collective services and production of drinking water and body care services staff without professional training certificate for mastering fundamental concepts hygiene, according to the regulations in force, shall be punished with a fine from 500 lei to 1,000 lei for individuals, or a fine of 5,000 to 10,000 for legal entities;
- Failure to produce the manufacturers and distributors of water from the public system operating rules, operation and maintenance of power plants water supply for human consumption, and failure to comply with sanitary character established by this Regulation shall be punished by a fine of 4,000 10,000;
- Failure development Г©lelmiszer online in conditions of safety and quality activities within the medical analysis laboratories, space and environmental Г©lelmiszer online conditions necessary for their operation shall be punished by a fine of 10,000 to 20,000;
- Breach of regulatory obligations set
