Something to nibble nice to everyone, but you are now increasingly aware of healthy eating but still remain important. There is nothing wrong with sometimes something sweet snack and if it is a healthier vadilal industries limited choice that tastes just as good, it's just more fun.

500 ml (2 cups) rolled oats 80 ml ( c) honey 80 ml ( c) raisins or chopped dates 80 ml ( k) almonds, chopped 100ml rough or smooth peanut butter 5 ml (1 teaspoon) vadilal industries limited 5 ml ground vadilal industries limited cinnamon ( 1 teaspoon) vanilla vadilal industries limited 1 egg, beaten 30 ml (2 tbsp) sunflower oil Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a baking tray (29 x 19 cm) with baking paper. Grease lightly with oil. Mix all ingredients until well blended saaam - a wooden spoon and your hands work equally well. Press the mixture into an even layer in the baking tray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Cut into bars or squares and leave to cool. (Cut the cookies while still warm, otherwise vadilal industries limited it is quite brittle when it cools.)
