Scones with a twist Ingredients 3 cups (750ml) cake flour ... 2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder Pinch of salt cup (125 mL) brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract cup ( 65 ml) milk 2 tbsp ( 30 ml) cream cup ( 65 mL) peanut butter 1 cup (250 mL) ripe bananas, chopped Г©lelmiszer online
Method Г©lelmiszer online Preheat the oven to 190 C. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and stir together the brown sugar. Beat the eggs, vanilla, milk, cream and peanut butter together. Use a fork to the wet and dry ingredients to mix, do not overwork. Stir in the banana. Turn onto a clean surface and gently press down to 2 cm thick. Use a cookie cutter to join the scones to print and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
