The refrigerator offered a dash of pesto and a little leftover rice which resulted in this dinner. Avokadodippen is not required to but I had two bright ripe avocados that needed to be eaten. Risotto steaks were super good and he is also good with a little cold meats or smoked salmon. The chicken is incredibly juicy by allowing it to go slow in the oven at 150C. I served a cabbage salad with roasted method of preserving food melon seeds for this.
Risotto Steaks: 3 cups cooked avorio rice 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup coarsely grated zucchini 1 small chopped red onion 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp corn flour 1/2 cup bread crumbs Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt
Salt and pepper the chicken ØxH wide on the pesto. Place in oven 200C and allow the chicken to brown. Then put on the foil and reduce the temperature to 150C. Roast to an internal temperature method of preserving food of 75C, it takes about 45 minutes. Mix all ingredients to avokadodippen. Mix together the ingredients for risotto, steaks and let the batter swell for 10 minutes. Shape the patties that are fried in butter over medium heat to a golden color.
I work for a small nursery with 2 compartments. I refuse intermediate goods (excluding sausages and black pudding though) and use a lot of organic ingredients. Of course, I bake my own bread and cook the jam yourself! It feels wonderful to offer children food made from quality ingredients that is tasty, colorful and healthy. Furthermore, I see it as an important task to serve children varied cuisine with new ingredients and with elements from different cultures. A passion for food and learning together!
